参芪扶正注射液在卵巢上皮癌术后化疗中的骨髓功能保护作用

Protection Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on Marrow Function in Patients Underwent Chemotherapy after Epithelial Ovarian Cancer Operation

目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液在卵巢上皮癌术后化疗中的骨髓功能保护作用。方法:50例上皮性卵巢癌Ⅲc级患者均分为综合组和对照组。2组患者均采用紫杉醇+顺铂(TP)的化疗方案,只是综合组每周期化疗同步应用参芪扶正注射液250mL,静脉滴注,qd,至少连用5d。观察2组患者治疗后骨髓功能的变化。结果:综合组化疗后出现Ⅱ度及以上的白细胞、血红蛋白及血小板减少的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);综合组在各周期发生Ⅱ度及以上骨髓抑制的例数及发生率较对照组明显减少(P<0.05);综合组的化疗按时完成率显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液可减轻卵巢癌化疗患者的毒副作用,对骨髓功能有保护作用。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the protection effect of Shenqi fuzheng injection on marrow function in patients underwent chemotherapy after epithelial ovarian cancer operation.METHODS：50 patients Ⅲc grade of epithelial evarian cancer were divided into combination group and contral group.with Both groups were given paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy.Combination group was treated with Shenqi fuzheng injection 250 mL i.v.gtt once a day for 5 days at least during chemotherapy.The change of marrow function in two groups were observed after treatment.RESULTS：The rates of WBC,HGB and PLT decrease（Ⅱgrade or above） in combination group were much lower than control group（P〈0.05）;the case number and incidence rate of patients who suffered from Ⅱgrade or above bone marrow suppression were reduced in combination group（P〈0.05）,the complete rate of chemotherapy in combination group was much higher than control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Shenqi fuzheng injection effectively relieves the toxic effect of chemotherapy and protects the marrow function in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.
