复方苦参注射液预防放射性肺损伤的疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的:观察复方苦参注射液对放射性肺损伤的保护作用。方法:将2008年10月-2009年10月我科收治的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者60例随机均分为单独照射组与照射+复方苦参组(治疗组)。观察放疗前、中、后患者KPS评分、生存质量及放射性肺损伤情况;用酶联免疫吸附法测定转化生长因子-β(1TGF-β1)含量。结果:治疗组能改善放疗患者生存质量,提高KPS评分,降低TGF-β1水平,有效预防放射性肺损伤的发生(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液能有效地预防放射性肺损伤的发生。 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effect of Compound Sophora flavescens injections on radiation-induced lung injure.METHODS:60 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer in our department during Oct.2008-Oct.2009 were divided randomly into 2 groups:radiation alone groups and radiation plus Compound S.flavescens group.KPS scores,quality of life and radiation-induced lung injure were observed before radiation,during radiation and after radiation.The content of TGF-β1 were measured by ELISA method.RESULTS:In radiation plus Compound S.flavescens group,the quality of life and KPS scores were improved,TGF-β1 levels reduced and the occurrence of radiation-induced lung injure was prevented(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION:Compound S.flavescens injections can prevent radiation-induced lung injure effectively.
