摘要
双向通风窗具有特殊的三层玻璃系统,在不通风工况下,玻璃间隙空气层的传热方式包括对流传热。提出了三层玻璃系统传热系数的计算方法,通过实验测量了玻璃间隙空气层厚度为20mm时三层玻璃系统的传热系数,计算结果与实测结果误差很小,计算方法准确性较高。计算了玻璃间隙空气层厚度对传热系数的影响,得到间隙空气层厚度为40mm时,传热系数最小,双向通风窗在不通风工况下绝热性能最好。
Dual airflow window is composed of a special triple glazed unit, in which heat transfer includes convection under static conditions. A calculation method for heat transfer coefficient of triple glazed unit is proposed, and the heat transfer coefficient of triple glazed unit with 20 mm air gaps is measured through an experiment. The result shows that there is little error between the calculation method and the measured result, and the calculation method has high accuracy. The influence of air gaps on heat transfer coefficient is investigated. It is found that the heat transfer coefficient is the minimum when the air gaps are 40 mm, and the thermal insulation performance of dual airflow window is optimal under static conditions.
