摘要
目的 了解163 例住院腹泻患儿的173 份粪便标本中星状病毒感染情况。 方法 应用酶联免疫吸附试验方法(ELISA) 进行星状病毒抗原检测。 结果 163 例患儿星状病毒抗原阳性检出率为9 .2 % ,感染主要在秋冬季。患儿多为1 岁以内婴幼儿。 结论 该研究提示。
Objective To determine the presence of astrovirus infecion from 173 stool samples of 163 children with diarrhea hospitalized at Beijing children's hospital. Methods Applicaion of a test with ELISA. Results Among 163 cases, astrovirus was detected in 9.2%. The peak of activity of astrovirus infection was during the autumn and winter months.The majority of these children were under 1 year old. Conclusions Astrovirus could be one of the impostant causes of diarrea in infant in Beijing.
