先天性心脏病患儿弓形体感染的初步研究

摘要 目的 探讨先天性心脏病( 先心病) 与弓形体( Toxoplasm a gondii, TOX) 感染的关系。 方法 对37 例先心病患儿及30 例健康儿童的外周血进行酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA) 检测TOXlgG、TOXIg M ,对其中20例TOXIg G 阳性者的心肌组织采用PCR 检测TOXDNA。 结果 先心病组37 例,TOXIgG 阳性20 例,阳性率54 .1 % ;对照组30 例,TOXIgG 阳性7 例,阳性率23 % ,两组差异有显著性( χ2 = 5 .284 7 ,P< 0 .05) 。先心病组TOXIg M 阳性3 例,阳性率8 .1 % ;对照组TOXIg M 阳性2 例,阳性率6 .7 % ,两组差异无显著性( χ2 = 0 .059 6 ,P> 0 .05) 。20 例TOXIg G 阳性者心肌组织中TOXDNA 阳性7 例,阳性率35 % 。 结论 先心病与TOX 感染有关,先天性TOX Objective To explore relationships of toxoplasma gondii (TOX) infection with congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods The serum of 37 case of CHD and 30 case of health controls with ELISA was conducted to investigate TOX IgG、TOX IgM,and cardiac tissue of 20 TOX IgG Positive with plolymerase chain reaction(PCR) was conducted to investigate TOX DNA. Results 20 of 37(54.1%)CHD cases were positive for TOX IgG, While 7 of 30(23%) cases of controls were positive for it. so it is significantly different between two groups(χ 2=5.284 7, P <0.05). 3 of 37( 8.1%) CHD cases were positive for TOX IgM, while 2 of 30(6.7%) cases of controls were positive for it. so it is not significantly different between two groups ( χ 2=0.059 6, P >0.05). 7 of 20(35%) of cardiac tissue of TOX IgG positive were positive for TOX DNA. Conclusions TOX infection is correlated with CHD, It might be inferred that congenital infection of TOX is an important factor causing CHD.
