试论档案统计中利用目的栏目的合理设置

文章以网络和实地调研所获取的各地档案馆的档案利用登记表为基础,考察了利用登记表中利用目的一栏的设置情况,并对存在的问题进行了深入分析。在此基础上,提出科学设置利用目的栏目的原则和应注意的问题。

According to the utilization registration forms of archives in China obtained by the Internet and field research,the author reviews the setting of the column of utilization purpose in these forms and carries out a thorough analysis of their existing problems.And then,the author puts forward to setting principles of the column of utilization purpose and presents some issues that should be concerned.
