档案教育立体化模型的创建与解读

档案教育对于档案事业的持续、稳定、健康发展起着至关重要的作用,目前,档案教育还有很多不尽如人意的地方,亟待规范,通过档案教育的软硬环境共建、"档案教育主体"的定位与团队建设、档案教育各部门合作关系的规划设计以及教育效果的评价四个模块的建设构建档案教育立体化模型,力求建立科学合理的档案教育体制,促进档案事业的快速发展。

The archival education is important for the archives cause to develop continuously,steadily and healthily.For the moment,archival education is not very canonical and consummate.To build the stereoscopic model of file education,there are four ways： founding soft and hard environment,orientation of ＂the main body of file education ＂ and team construction,cooperating of each section in archival education cause,evaluating of teaching effect.By the four ways,scientific and reasonable system of archival education may be built to promote the fast development of the archives cause.
