摘要
以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,采用小型气相循环釜测定了NaCl,KNO_3,KCOOH,NaSCN,KSCN 5种盐对1-戊烯-异戊二烯物系相对挥发度的影响;在101.3 kPa下测定了碳五组分(异戊二烯、1-戊烯和环戊烯)与DMF+NaSCN 3组物系的汽液平衡数据。实验结果表明,加入NaSCN时,1-戊烯对异戊二烯相对挥发度的增幅最大,在DMF中NaSCN适宜的质量分数为4%;3组物系的汽液平衡数据符合热力学一致性检验。用NRTL模型对汽液平衡数据进行了关联,得到模型参数,汽相组成最大偏差为0.87%,温度的最大偏差为1.00 K。
Effects of NaCl, KNO3 , KCOOH, NaSCN and KSCN in dimethylformamide(DMF) as the solvent on the relative volatility of 1-pentene-isoprene system was measured. The salt-containing DMF could increase the relative volatilities of the 1-pentene-isoprene system, especially NaSCN- containing DMF with the suitable 4% mass fraction NaSCN. The vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data of isoprene-DMF + NaSCN, 1 -pentene-DMF + NaSCN and cyclopentene-DMF + NaSCN were measured at 101.3 kPa, which were consistent with the thermodynamic consistency test. The obtained VLE data were correlated by NRTL equation and the model parameters were calculated. The maximal deviations of the vapor composition and the bubble point temperature were 0.87 % and 1.00 K, respectively.
