超声辅助沉淀法制备催化剂Ag_3VO_4及其光催化性能 被引量:6

Preparation of Ag_3VO_4 by Ultrasound-Assisted Precipitation and Its Photocatalytic Performance

摘要 以Na_3VO_4·12H_2O和AgNO_3为原料,采用超声辅助沉淀法制备了新型可见光催化剂Ag_3VO_4,并用XRD,TEM,UV-Vis等测试手段表征了试样的结构和性能。以金属卤灯(波长大于400 nm)为光源,研究了Ag_3VO_4光催化剂对甲基橙的可见光催化降解性能。表征结果显示,产物为单斜晶相的Ag_3VO_4纯物质,平均粒径60 nm,禁带宽度2.14 eV。光催化实验结果表明,甲基橙的光催化降解反应为拟一级动力学反应;当Ag_3VO_4用量为1.0 g时,对初始浓度为10 mg/L的甲基橙溶液具有最高的光催化活性,3 h时甲基橙的降解率达到99.48%。 A novel Ag3VO4 photocatalyst was prepared from AgNO3 and Na3VO4·12H2O through ultrasound assisted precipitation, and was characterized by means of XRD, TEM and UV-Vis. The photocatalytic performance of the prepared Ag3VO4 in the degradation of methyl orange (MO) was evaluated with a metal halogen lamp ( wavelength more than 400 nm) as the light source. The results revealed that the prepared sample was pure Ag3 VO4 with monoclinic phase structure and 60 nm average diameter. UV-Vis spectrum indicated that visible light absorption of the prepared Ag3VO4 was strong with band gap width 2.14 eV. The photocatalytic test showed that the MO degradation fitted first-order reaction kinetics. The MO degradation rate reached 99.48% after reaction for 3 h under the optimal conditions of Ag3 VO4 dosage 1.0 g and MO initial concentration 10 mg/L.
