董事会政治背景对公司获得银行贷款的影响——基于中国中小企业板上市公司的实证研究

The Influence on Companies' Access to Bank Loans by Board of Directors' Political Background——The Empirical Study Based on China's Listed SMEs

现有的中国中小企业融资难问题研究表明,政治背景是非常重要的影响因素。本文基于2006～2008年中国中小企业上市公司的贷款方式数据,实证分析了董事会政治背景对中小企业获得银行贷款方式的影响。研究发现:企业的政治背景普遍存在于中小企业上市公司,董事会有政治背景的企业更容易获得信用借款,且期限也更长;政治背景对中小企业的抵押借款和担保借款的期限没有明显的影响作用;没有政治背景的企业采用抵押借款和担保借款的比例更高。

Recent studies have pointed out that the political background is an very important factor.Based on the loan data in China listed SMEs from 2006 to 2008,this paper apply empirical analysis to analyze the influence made by political background on the way of SME＇s loan in China.Found that,firstly,the political background listed on the SME widely,and for it,one social capital,it is easier to obtain credit business loans for SMEs.And the period is longer.Secondly,without political background,the SME adopt a higher proportion of mortgage loans and guarantee loans.Thirdly,the political background has little influence on the deadline of mortgage loans and guarantee loans.
