After seeing about the management and administration of public libraries in USA, the author believes that they are operated in a different system, which have some distinguishing feature. It can be concluded as all the public libraries having a good law environment of macroscopic management, working under the standard guides of professional organization system, service for all people on free but carrying the commercialized management of stressing practical results.
