对设立“农村图书馆发展基金会”的思考

Reflections on the Establishment of Rural Library Development Foundation

论文通过对《基金会管理条例》、《公益事业捐赠法》和国外图书馆基金会运行等多角度研究,认为设立"农村图书馆发展基金会"是必要的、可行的,它对唤起全社会关注农村图书馆事业、整合社会力量办馆资源、加快农村图书馆的提档升级、完善公共图书馆事业体系将起到助推的作用。

By research on ＂Foundation Management Regulations＂, ＂Public Welfare Donations Law＂ and foreign library foundation＇ s running, this paper believes that the establishment of ＂Rural Libraries Development Foundation＂ is necessary and feasible, which will play a boosting role in arousing the attention of the community of rural libraries, integration of social forces to speed up the rural libraries＇ upgrade and improving public library business system.
