摘要
目的:探讨乳酸杆菌对小鼠巨噬细胞免疫功能的影响。方法;采用免疫电镜,放射免疫及ELISA法,分别观察小鼠巨噬细胞的RME,体内外细胞毒作用及TNF活性情况。结果:实验组小鼠巨噬细胞RME明显增强,巨噬细胞体内外毒性明显增高。结论:乳酸杆菌对小鼠巨噬细胞的免疫功能具有增强的调节作用,可提高巨噬细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤功能。
Objective: To study the immune function of Lactobacillus on macrophage of mice. Methods: Immunoelectronic microscopy, autoradiography and ELISA method were used to observe the RME, the cytotoxicity of peritoneal macrophage in vitro and in vivo and changes of TNFα, respectively. Results: The RME function was enhanced markedly afer injection of Lactobacillus, the cytotoxicity of peritoreal macrophage in vitro and in vivo enhanced and the secretion of TNFαwas higher than comtrol groups ( P < 0.01). Conclusion: Lactobacillus can regulate the function of macropjhage of mice and enhance the ability of macrophage to kill the tumor cells.
