目的：定量分析１２株ＨＤＶ抗原编码区核苷酸序列。方法：运用元间理论。结果：σ≡「σ」×（σ）。结论：在ＨＤＶ抗原编码区２８１－３２０位点内，１Ａ型的中国大陆株与台湾株比较变异较大；１Ｂ型的中国大陆株与美国１－株比较变异较小。
