摘要
运用本课题组编制的《职业成功观问卷》的项目,随机调查了珠三角6市587位80后大学毕业生的职业成功状况。用SPSS13.0软件包进行方差分析等处理,比较分析了若干人力资本和社会资本对大学毕业生职业成功状况的影响,并进行了总结和讨论。
Career Success of 587 80＇s University graduates at 6 cities in Pearl River Delta area was investigated using ＂Career Success Views Questionnaire＂ established by our topic-based group,the data was processed using variance analysis with the SPSS13.0,how human capital and social capital influence the university graduate career success condition was comparative analysed,and the conclusion was summaried and discussed.
