Local colleges and universities of higher education bears an important responsibility,however,the comprehensive strength from the school perspective,the basic conditions,academic team,scientific research level and management level,etc.are all non-comparative advantage.In response to the increasingly fierce competition,we must discover and seriously and properly resolve the main problems of local universities in order to take appropriate measures to enhance the educational capabilities,enhancing attractiveness.
