界定科技投入后,在客观分析广西北部湾经济区科技投入存在问题的基础上,借鉴国外美国、日本和国内浦东科技投入的成功做法、经验,基于理性思考针对存在的问题提出建议。
After define scientific and technological input,in the objective analysis of the Gulf Economic Zone Science Technology investment problems,use successful method of work,experience that foreign USA,Japan and the domestic Pudong science and technology input for reference,based on the rationality pondered that puts forward the proposal in view of the existence question.
