深圳市区域创新体系建设中的问题及对策分析

A Study on the Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of RIS of Shenzhen City

国家的创新离不开城市及区域的创新。鉴于深圳是全国迄今首个也是唯一试点的国家创新型城市,本文在全面深入分析深圳市区域创新体系的现状和问题的基础上,借鉴国外创新体系建设的经验,分别从企业与政府创新管理层面提出针对性的对策及建议。研究结果为深圳市进一步提高自主创新能力及其区域创新体系的构建与发展理清思路,对整个广东省乃至全国各地区区域创新体系的发展研究具有重要的参考价值和实践意义。

The national innovation can not be separated from Urban and Regional Innovation.In view that Shenzhen city is the first and the only pilot innovative city in China so far,based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of the regional innovation system（RIS hereafter） of Shenzhen City,the current study raised the targeted measures and suggestions respectively from the view of both the business and government innovation management by learning from the experience of foreign innovation system.The research results developed clear thoughts for further enhancing the innovative capacity and building and developing RIS of Shenzhen city.It also has important reference value and practical significance for the development of the RIS of other areas of the whole Guangdong Province even of China.
