摘要
全球化时代下以美国为代表的大学或学院开始重构教师教育项目,创新实践跨文化国际教学实习项目,旨在使未来的教师具备丰富的跨文化教学体验,形成全球观念与跨文化意识,培训他们具备在多元文化环境中任教的能力。本文主要以印第安纳大学的文化体验方案(Culture Immersion Projects)为例,分析该方案的目标、实施以及发展评估,以此展望全球教师教育发展,促进我国教师教育的改革发展。
A series of International Student Teaching Programmes which have effect on the personal,intercultural and professional competence in international field experience in the initial teacher education are being implemented by some higher education institutions in the age of globalization,especially in America.It is the effective measure to take the global perspectives to the classroom and would be one of the trends of the development of teacher education.The article states the goals,implementation and effect of the Culture Immersion Projects of Indiana University to promote the development of teacher education in China.
