摘要
日本神奈川县相模原市的职业能力开发大学是日本劳动厚生省所属的一所高等职业技术师范大学,该校电子技术专业属大学本科层次,学制为4年,招收高中毕业生,培养目标为中等职业技术学校或培训机构的师资。本文通过对该校的课程设置进行分析,剖析日本职业师资培养的特点和启示。
The vocational ability development university of Kanagawa in Japan is a higher vocational and technical education normal university attached to Japanese labor health ministry,of which the Electron-technical specialty is 4-year undergraduate level program,recruits students from higher middle school to train the teachers for secondary vocational and technical schools or training institutions.This paper researches on the directionality characteristics and revelation of teacher education curriculum of vocational education in Japan by analyzing the curriculum of this university.
