头孢曲松钠致胆结石的31例文献分析

目的析头孢曲松钠所致胆结石不良反应的特点及相关因素。方法对国内近10年发表的使用头孢曲松钠出现的胆结石不良反应报道进行统计和分析。结果检索到头孢曲松钠引起的胆结石不良反应31例。不良反应的发生,男性多于女性,儿童患者应用头孢曲松钠诱发的胆结石数量较多,应引起重视。头孢曲松钠致胆结石在B超和CT均有表现;停药后未经特殊治疗,结石多数自行消失。结论临床应重视头孢曲松钠的胆结石不良反应,用药时注意患者的临床表现。

Objective To investigate the gallstone adverse drug reaction （ADR） caused by ceftriaxone sodium and discuss the factors affect this kind of ADR so as to provide references for the rational use of ceftriaxone sodium in the elinc. Methods Gallstone adverse reaction resulted from ceftriaxone sodium covered by the medical and pharmaceutical periodical of recent 10 years were statistically classifiedand analyzed. Results Thirty one cases gallstone were resulted from ceftriaxone sodium. The ADR were more likely to occur in the male patients and in the pediatric patients. There will be appearances in B -type uhrasonography and CT of gall stone patients. Most gallstone ADR will fade automatically. Condusion Great attention should be paid to the gallstone ADR of ceftriaxone sodium and the state of patients so as to avoid damage of the adverse reaction.
