癫痫疾病中P-糖蛋白转运体的调控通路及治疗研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 由于位于血脑屏障的P-糖蛋白(P-gp)转运体,限制了治疗药物进入脑内发挥疗效,从而导致了很多中枢神经系统疾病治疗的失败。最新的国内外研究发现,在癫痫状态下P-gp的表达会显著增加,影响治疗药物的转运并降低疗效。本文就P-gp抑制剂的发展及P-gp在癫痫中被激活的信号通路、相关靶点、和在其他疾病中的研究进展做一综述。 P -glycoprotein plays a major role in restricting the drugs into brain among many central nervous system diseases, which directly or indirectly contribute to therapeutic failure. Recent data shows that up - regulation of P - gp in epileptic patients will effect the drug transportation and effectiveness significantly. This article summarized the development of P- gp inhibitor, P-gp related pathways in epilepsy, related target spots and new treatment in other diseases.
