通脉促活胶囊对兔红细胞流变性作用的实验研究

Experimental Study of Tongmaicuhuo Capsule on Erythrocyte Rheology of Blood Stasis Model in Rabbits

目的观察通脉促活胶囊对兔实验性高粘滞血症的红细胞流变性的作用。方法用高分子右旋糖苷对兔造成高粘滞血症，即血瘀证动物模型，通过对动物血液粘度和红细胞流变性指标的检测，观察通脉促活胶囊的药理作用。结果通脉促活胶囊具有降低血液粘度、降低红细胞聚集指数和提高红细胞变形能力的作用、给药后，红细胞聚集指数为１４．２９±５．０６％，红细胞变形指数为４５．５８±６．４１％，和生理盐水对照组比较有显著差异（Ｐ<０．０１）。结论通脉促活胶囊具有降低兔血液粘度，增加细胞流动性，改善红细胞流变性的作用，具有预防和治疗作用。

Objective Observing the changes of erythrocyte rheology on blood stasis syndrome model in rabbits with Tongmaicuhuo capsule. Methods We used animal model of blood stasis in rabbit made by injecting high molecular weight dextran,observed effect of Tongmaicuhuo capsule on the erythrocyte rheology and indexes of blood stasis. Results Tongmaicuhuo capsule could improve the erythrocyte rheology indexes of blood stasis,whole blood viscosity,upgrade red blood cell deformability, reduce erythrocytes aggregation, after taking Tongmaicuhuo capsule, erythrocytes aggregation index (14. 29± 5.06% ) and red blood cell deformability index (45.58±6.41% ) in Tongmaicuhuo capsule group, compared with model group, the difference was significant (P< 0.01). Conclusion Tongmaicuhuo capsule might descend the blood viscosity and red blood cell aggregation,improve red blood cell de formative ability. It indicated that Tongmaicuhuo capsule might prevent hyperviscosity syndrome.
