一种包夹硅球型大内径毛细管整体柱的制备及评价 被引量:1

A Silica-Microspheres-Entrapped Monolithic Column Prepared in situ in a Capillary of a Large Internal Diameter

摘要 在内径为530μm石英毛细管中原位制备了一种包夹硅胶微球型有机整体柱,并对所制备毛细管整体柱固定相的微观结构、抗压性、溶胀性和柱效等性能因素进行了评价.结果表明,该整体柱不仅硅球分布均匀,孔径分布范围窄,耐压性强,柱效高,液相传质速度快,而且具有极强的抗溶胀能力. A silica-microspheres-entrapped monolith was in situ prepared in a 530 μm i.d.fused silica capillary.Performance factors of the prepared monolith capillary column including microstructure,resisting pression ability,permeability,anti-swelling and column efficiency were evaluated.The results show that the monolith is not only homogeneous in the distribution of the entrapped microspheres,narrower in the distribution of pore sizes,faster in mass-transfer,and higher in column efficiency,but also more stable in mechanical strength and stronger in anti-swelling in a mobile phase of a high ACN concentration.
