复杂胫骨平台骨折手术治疗临床疗效分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨SchatzkerⅤ,Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折手术方法,分析其临床疗效。方法选取笔者所在医院2006年2月~2010年2月胫骨平台骨折患者63例,其中男性50例,女性13例,年龄22岁~56岁,平均41.3岁。SchatzkerⅤ型41例,Ⅵ型22例行切开复位双钢板内固定术。所有患者术后都获随访,时间6月~4年,平均3.3年。结果术后根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分,优42例,良15例,优良率达90.5%。结论选择双钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折可获得良好的临床疗效,详细的术前评估,选择恰当的手术时机,合理的手术入路,骨折解剖复位,合理植骨,及术后膝关节正确功能锻炼可减少临床并发症。 Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of the treatment of Schatzker Ⅴ, Ⅵ tibial plateau fracture. Methods From February 2006 to February 2009, double - plating fixation was performed in 63cases of complex tibial plateau fracture, 50 males and 13 females, aged from 22 to 56 years, the average was 41.3 years,41 tiblal plateau fracture of Schatzker Vand 22 of SchatzkerVI. Results According to Rasmussen knee score criterion, 42 cases were excellent, 15 cases in good, the rates of excellent and good results was 90.5%. Conclusion Double - plating fixation of complex tibial plateau fracture will be a good choice for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture. If we can make the detailed preoperative evaluation, suitable operation timing and approaches, anatomical reduction, reasonable bone transplantation and right rehabili- tation,less clinical complications will be happened.
