摘要
针对采石水厂网格反应斜管沉淀池运行效果不佳、出水浊度超标、矾耗较高等问题,对沉淀池进行了改造,包括扩大反应池反应区面积,将网格反应改为折板絮凝反应,更换沉淀池内斜管及支架并将原集水槽换成不锈钢材质,改变水流在竖井间的流动方向等。改造后的沉淀池出水水质明显提高,年平均药剂单耗从20 kg/103m3下降为10 kg/103m3。
Aimed at the issues such as not satisfied operational efficiency, excessive effluent turbidity, high consumption of alum, renovation was carried out for the grid reaction inclined tube sedimentation tank in Caishi Waterworks, including expansion of reaction area of the reaction tank, changing from grid reaction to folded plate flocculation, replacement of inclined tube and stent in the sedimentation tank, changing material of the catchwater groove into stainless steel and variation of flow direction in the vertical well. Water turbidity of sedimentation tank after renovation was improved significantly, the annual average unit dosage consumption decreased from 20 kg/103 m3 to 10 kg/103 m3.
