脾肽的提取及其治疗恶性肿瘤的临床辅助性疗效

Abstraction of Spleen Peptide and Its Therapeutic Effect in the Treatment of Malignant Tumor

采用多肽类一般提取方法提取脾中的多肽制成脾肽胶囊．观察其治疗恶性肿瘤的临床辅助性疗效。选择临床62例肿瘤患者，随机分为对照组、保尔佳组和保尔佳加脾肽胶囊组（后2组为试验组）。以体重、食欲、疼痛、白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血清总蛋白及健康状态等为指标进行测量和评价。结果：2试验组与对照组比较，各项指标差异有显著性（P＜0．05）；2试验组间比较差异无显著意义（P＞0．05）。提示脾肽在治疗恶性肿瘤方面具有一定的辅助性疗效。

By using general abstracting method for polypeptides, the polypeptide in spleen was abstracted and splenic peptide capsules were made. The therapeutic effects of the capsules in the treatment of malignant tumor were observed. Sixty-two cases of malignant tumor were clinically recruited in this study and randomly diyided into control group and experimental groups (polyerga group, polyerga plus polypeptide group)- Body weight, appetite, pain,leukocytes, red blood cells, hemoglobin, serum total protein and healthy status were used as the indicators for measurements and assessment. The results indicated that there was significant different in the indicators between the experimental groups and control group (P<0. 05). No significant difference was found between the two experimentalgroups (P>0. 05). It was suggested that spleen polypeptide had therapeutic effects to some extent in the treatmentof malignant tumor.
