摘要
研究执政规律,加强执政能力建设,是世界各国执政党的必修课。社会主义国家的共产党更要认真研修、探索和把握好执政规律,坚持长久执政,筑牢执政能力建设这一基础工程,进一步提高自身的学习能力、民主能力、廉洁能力、创新能力。
It is compulsory for party construction all over the world to study the administrative regularity and strengthen ruling capability.Communist party of Socialist countries should more careful research,explore and grasp governing law,insist on building long-term ruling,fasten this foundation engineering,further improve their-self learning ability,democracy ability,incorrupt ability and innovation ability.
