摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定氟伐他汀钠分散片中氟伐他汀钠含量的方法.方法:色谱柱:THERMO C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),检测波长:305 nm,流量:1.2 mL.min-1,进样量:20μL,流动相:0.01 mol.L-1磷酸氢二钠(pH=3.0)-乙腈为40∶60.结果:氟伐他汀钠在0~100μg.mL-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,Y=3.453 11×104X-5 107.918 4((R=0.999 9),含量测定的RSD(相对标准偏差)为1.008%.平均回收率100.34%,RSD=0.41%.结论:本方法简单,快速、准确、重现性好,可以用作氟伐他汀钠分散片的含量测定.
Objective:To establish HPLC method for determining the content of fluvastatin sodium dispersible tablets.Method:Thermo C18 column was used and the mobile phase was 0.01mol·L-1 disodium hydrogen phosphate and acetonitrile(40∶60),flow rate was 1.2mL·min-1,wavelength was UV at 305nm and the sample volume was 20μL.Results:The fluvastatin sodium concentration had good liner relationship from 0~100μg·mL-1,Y=3.45311×104X-5107.9184(R=0.9999).The relative standard deviation of the determination is 1.008%.The average recovery was 100.34%,RSD=0.41%.Conclusion:The method was simple,fast,accurate,and precise,could be use to determine the content of fluvastatin sodium dispersible tablets.
