摘要
结合自动控制相关的理论知识,根据系统的偏差大小来决定是否加上积分作用.也就是运用PD-PID变结构、变参数的控制方法来达到最佳静、动态性能.通过主要硬件、软件程序框图、PD-PID控制器的设计及理论仿真,来实现PD-PID在打号机定位系统上的应用.
On the basis of the theoretical knowledge of automatic control related,the system deviation is used to decide whether the integral action is added or not.And the control method of variable PD-PID structure and parameter is applied to obtain the optimal static and dynamic performance.The main hardware,software flow chart,PD-PID controller design and the theoretical simulation are presented to realize the application of PD-PID control in the positioning system of the stamper.
