摘要
[目的]为了提高牛粪堆肥中分解纤维素的微生物含量。[方法]以人工接种灭活ZZMZ堆肥微生态调节剂堆肥处理(JSM堆肥)和未接种ZZMZ堆肥微生态制剂处理作为对照,按40 L/40 t(1‰)添加灭活ZZMZ堆肥微生态调节剂。[结果]表明:接种ZZMZ菌剂可以使牛粪便堆肥细菌数量提高4.53%,放线菌数量提高6.37%,微生物总数提高4.22%,而真菌数量则降低了65.93%。[结论]说明ZZMZ菌剂在堆肥前期能够激发微生物数量,从而加快堆肥进程,缩短堆肥周期。
【Objective】 In order to improve the microbial content composting cellulose in cow muck.【Method】With artificial inactivated ZZMZ compost microecologic compost processing(JSM compost) and uninoculated ZZMZ compost probiotics processing as control,inactivated ZZMZ compost microecologic was added 40L / 40 t(1 per 1,000).【Result】 The results showed that ZZMZ bacterium agent could improve the bacteria number 4.53%,actinomyces increased 6.37%,and total microbial number increased,4.22%,while the number of fungi reduced 65.93%.【Conclusion】 It indicated that ZZMZ bacterium agent in the compost prophase could stimulate microorganism quantity,thus speeded up composting process and shorten compost cycle.
