“NPN”补充料对肉牛增重效果试验

Effect on Growth Performance of Beef Cattle of Non protein Nitrogen Supplementation

[目的]为了验证"NPN"补充料对肉牛增重效果,进行本试验。[方法]试验将西杂牛20头随机分为试验组和对照组,每组10头,试验组在精料中添加"NPN补充料",对照组饲喂常规饲料,不添加"NPN补充料"。经过80 d的试验。[结果]表明:试验组肉牛总体重5 116.8 kg,比对照组的4 806.1 kg多增重310.8 kg,平均日增重试验组比对照组多增重307.37 g,日增重提高27.3%,差异显著(P<0.05);增重耗料比试验组为1∶2.9,比对照组的1∶3.4提高16.8%;试验组增重耗草比为1∶12.7,比对照组的1∶17.1提高34.65%,差异显著(P<0.05);经济效益试验组比对照组提高47.1%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]"NPN"补充料对肉牛增重具有显著效果。

【Objective】 It was to verify the weight gain effect on beef cattle of NPN supplementation.【Method】Twenty Simmental progeny were randomly divided into two groups.＂NPN＂ supplementation was added in the concentrate in trail group and no ＂NPN＂ supplementation in control group.The experiment lasted 80 days.【Result】The results showed that the total body weight of trail group was 5116.8 kg and it increased 310.8 kg compared with that of the control group which was 4806.1 kg.The average daily gain was significantly different between the two groups and it increased 307.37 g in trail group compare to that of control group（P0.05）.Feed efficiency of trail group（1∶12.7） increased 34.65% than that of control group（1∶17.1）（P0.05）.Economic effect of trail group increased 47.1% compared with that of control group,the difference between the two groups was significant（P0.01）.【Conclusion】 ＂NPN＂ supplementation had significant effect on the weight gain of beef catlle.
