南阳牛经济性状的分子标记研究进展

Progress of Molecular Marker on Growth traits for Nanyang Cattle

南阳牛作为中国地方良种黄牛之一,具有独特的遗传特性。本文从南阳牛的经济性状分子遗传标记及相关功能基因多态性等方面对其研究进展成就作了综述,同时指出了南阳牛分子育种的前景和存在问题。

Nanyang cattle is one of the most famous indigenous breeds in China,and it has unique genetic character.The achievement of molecular markers in Nanyang breed were reviewed here involving molecular genetic characteristics of population,origin and evolution,molecular genetic markers on economic traits and the polymorphisms of some functional genes.meanwhile,prospect and problems of molecular breeding in beef cattle were put forward.
