At present, the capitalism countries, like the U.S., have turned into a virtual capitalism stage. Virtual capitalism means that the economic entity of capitalism transferred from producing goods or products of industry to the financial industry. The U.S. virtual capitalism has two prior conditions: one is that Asian foreign exchange storage flow to the United States stably; the other is that the capital of the U.S. can easily flow to the countries with a great deal of U.S. dollar foreign exchange storage. After Euro released, the Asian the foreign exchange storage started to flow to Europe on a large scale, which affected the first condition of U.S. virtual capitalism; China has a great deal of U.S. dollar foreign exchange storage, but its financial market is not complete open, therefore, the United States' financial capital cannot easily inflow to China, this affected the second condition that the U.S. virtual capitalism exists. These two causes are the deep reasons of subprime mortgage crisis in the United States.
