核心企业成长与集群产业升级研究

Research on Core Enterprises' Development and Industrial Clusters' Upgrading

当前,我国大多数集群企业主要从事劳动密集型生产活动,研发创新水平低,缺乏品牌效应,处于价值链的低端环节。如何才能摆脱集群中的恶性竞争局面,提升集群产业竞争力,推进产业升级,是一个急需解决的实践与理论难题。文章认为,集群核心企业的成长是实现集群产业升级的有效方式。它能够促进集群内部治理水平的有效提高,并通过自身在全球价值链上地位和位置的提升,引领集群产业的升级。

Currently, most of China＇s cluster enterprises mainly specialize in labor intensive production, which own low level of R＆D innovation, lack brand effect and are located in the Low-end part of the value chain. It is a practical and theoretical problem that needs to be solved urgently of how to emerge from the vicious competition among the clusters, enhance competitiveness of cluster industries and advance clusters＇ upgrading. This paper holds the view that to develop core enterprises among the clusters is an effective method to realize industrial clusters＇ upgrading, which can effectively enhance the management level among the internal clusters and lead the industrial clusters upgrading by raising their status and position in global value chain.
