绿色贸易壁垒对我国茶叶出口贸易的影响及应对方略

The Impact of Green Trade Barriers on China's Tea Export and Countermeasures

绿色贸易壁垒是影响两国(或地区)间贸易发展的重要因素。以农药残留标准为主要内容的绿色贸易壁垒严重影响了我国农产品的对外贸易,其中我国传统特色出口农产品——茶叶受到的绿色贸易壁垒的影响最为典型。绿色贸易壁垒不断加高,已经成为我国茶叶出口的主要障碍。文章认为,应通过修订、完善相关法规,建立国内统一的产品认证体系,提高我国农产品环境质量水平,建立我国绿色贸易壁垒预警及快速反应机制,提高茶叶的质量和组建新型"公司+农户"的生产经营模式等途径,降低绿色贸易壁垒对我国茶叶出口贸易的影响,促进茶叶出口贸易持续稳定增长。

Green Trade Barriers is one of the most important key factors to affect the trade between countries （or areas）. To take trace standard of agricultural chemical as the standard has affected foreign trade of agricultural product in our country gravely, especially to tea trade. This paper considers that we should optimize our relevant legislation, establish unified standard system, increase the environment level of our agricultural products, update the mode of tea industry, so as to low the impacts from Green Trade Barriers and improve the tea export trade unceasingly.
