摘要
目的 观察煤质柱状颗粒活性炭降碘的效果。方法 在观察的120天内测定15次碘含量。结果 4个实验组降碘率平均都达到50% 以上。结论 效果肯定,持续时间长,简便易行,经济实用,是预防高碘地方性甲状腺肿可行和有效的方法。
Objective To observe the effect on decreasing iodine by using coal cylinder par ticulate activated carbon. M ethods Iodine contents w ere determ ined for 15 tim es during 120 dayobservation. Results The rates of decreasing iodine in four experim ental groups w ere all m orethan 50% . Conclusions The effect is affirm ative. Sustainable tim e is long. This m ethod is sim ple,easy to operate,econom ic,and practical. It is a feasible and effective m ethod for preventing high io dine endem ic goiter.[
