摘要
目的 了解中药骨痹丸的抗氟作用。方法 采用随机分组实验方法,观察各实验组动物的血、尿、粪、器官组织的氟含量及血、尿 H O P的含量。结果 A 组动物血、尿、粪的氟含量显著增加( P < 0.05);骨氟含量显著少于 B 组( P < 0.05); A 组尿 H O P 显著低于 B 组( P < 0.01),而与 C 组无显著差异。结论 骨痹丸通过增加氟的排泄,可减轻氟对骨组织的损害,维持骨的基础结构胶原代谢的稳定。
Objective To understand the effect of Gupiw an to fluorosis. M ethods By ran dom ized controlled trial,the change of fluorine level in blood,urine,dung and other organ of suf fered from skeletal fluorosis experim ental sheep w as observed. The change of H O P level w as ob served in blood and urine. Results The fluorine levelof group A w as higher significantly in blood,urine and dung,low er significantly in skeletal,the H O P level w as low er than that of group B. Con┐clusions Gupiw an m ay lighten skeletal fluorosis,correcting m etabolic disorder of collagen.[
