摘要
建立更加科学、有效的教师职业资格证书制度是我国职业教育师资发展面临的重大课题。美国职业教育教师职业资格证书制度经过近百年的发展,不仅形成了完善的证书颁发程序,而且在证书的标准要求上很有特色,其核心特征可概括为:证书获取呈递进的过程性设计,采取开放性设计以适应不同能力特征的群体、证书标准要求突出强调工作经验和以课程学习为证书升级的重要条件。
Chinese vocational education is facing the serious challenge of establishing a more scientific and effective teacher license system. After the continuous developing during the past 100 years,the current vocational teacher license system in America has not only very perfect procedure of issue, but also outstanding features on the criteria of license requirement,and the core characteristics can be concluded into the progressive process for obtaining the license, the open requirement for different kinds of applicant, the emphasis on the work experience in license requirement, and considering curriculum learning as important condition for license upgrading.
