球囊阻断法在外周动脉干创伤修复术中的应用

Use of balloon occlusion in traumatic peripheral arterial trunk repair

目的探讨球囊暂时性阻断血流在外周动脉干创伤修复术中的应用价值。方法对１２例各类原因所致外周动脉干损伤患者，修复术前均行一侧股动脉穿刺插管，进行受损动脉干造影，明确诊断。修复术中采用球囊导管技术对１０例外伤性假性动脉瘤、２例外伤性动脉截断进行血流暂时阻断，控制出血。结果１２例动脉干损伤修复术均成功地进行血流阻断，彻底控制术中出血，修复术得以顺利、安全完成。结论术中球囊阻断法对外周动脉干损伤修复术是保证手术安全的有效措施。

? Objective To evaluate the use of tempora ry occlusion with a balloon in the traumatic peripheral arterial repair trunk. Methods Femoral arterial catheterzation and diagnostic angiography w ere carried out prior to the repair in all of the 12 patients. The temporary occ lusion of bllood flow in the target vessels were carried out with balloon during the repair of 10 pseudoaneurysms and 2 traumatic arterial transections to prev ent the bleeding. Results Successful occlusion of blood flow in the target arteries were achieved for all the injuried arteries.Conclusions[W T BZ] Temporary balloon occlusion in the traumatic peripheral artery trunk repair is a simple, safe and effective means.  【
