胞外体与病毒感染的研究进展

摘要 胞外体(exosome,EXO)起源于多种真核细胞多泡体(multivesicular body,MVBs)的内部小囊泡,MVBs与细胞膜融合后即释放出EXO,其功能决定于来源的细胞。作为细胞间信息传递的新方式,EXO逐渐成为各领域的研究热点。本文就EXO的功能及作用做一综述,着重在病毒感染方面。在病毒感染的过程中,EXO不仅可以作为病毒感染和传播的重要方式,在介导病毒的免疫逃逸和免疫耐受中也扮演了重要角色。
