摘要 采用原子荧光光谱分析法测定午餐肉罐头中汞的含量,结果表明,所测样品中汞的含量为0.0022mg/kg,相对标准偏差为0.65%,检出限为0.0011ng/mL,回收率为95.1%~103.8%,该方法简单、快速、准确度高,适用于午餐肉中汞含量的测定。 In this paper, atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the mercury content of canned luncheon meat, the results showed as follows: the mercury content in the measured sample was 0.0022mg/kg; the relative standard deviation for mercury was 0.65%, the detection limit of the method was 0.0011ng/ml, The recovery rate of mercury was among 95.1%~103.8%. It was improved that the method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry was simple, rapid and highly accurate for mercury content determination in canned luncheon meat.
