急性淋巴细胞白血病合并横纹肌溶解综合征1例报告并文献复习 被引量：3

Rhabdomyolysis after chemotherapy combined with acute lymphoblastic leukemia:a case report and literature review.

摘要 横纹肌溶解综合征是由于肌肉损伤之后导致的肌肉细胞释放入血，从而出现显著的骨骼肌特异的肌酸磷酸激酶升高。在急性白血病患者是一罕见并发症，在血液恶性肿瘤患者偶有个案报告，多见于由于细菌败血症引发的横纹肌溶解综合征，本文是我们发现的首例急性白血病患者发生横纹肌溶解综合征，目前在国内未见相同报道。我们通过这例急性淋巴细胞白血病化疗后发生横纹肌溶解综合征的临床表现、治疗经过及文献复习，以提高对横纹肌溶解综合征的认识。
