大黄酚微囊的制备及其体外释药的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究大黄酚微囊的制备工艺。方法:以包封率为指标,用正交设计法对大黄酚的制备工艺进行研究,对制备的微囊进行体外释药、形态、稳定性研究。结果:用复凝聚法制备的大黄酚微囊,其囊心囊材比、搅拌速度及成囊温度均有显著性差异,当囊心囊材比为1∶4,搅拌速度为200 r.min-1,成囊温度为60℃时,包封率最高,囊径最小。结论:该法制备工艺简单、可靠,产品稳定性好,具有一定的缓释效果。 Objective:To study the preparation technique of chrysophanol mierocapsules. Method: The preparation technique of chrysophanol microcapsules was optimized by orthogonal design; in vitro release of ehrysophanol microcapsules, morphology and its stability were studied. Result: With the complex agglutination method, the encapsulation rate was significantly related to the ratio of coating material, the encapsulation temperature and the stirring speed. The highest rate of production and minimum diameter of mierocapsule were obtained when the ratio of coating material to chrysophanol was 1 : 4, the temperature of encapsulation was at 60 ~C and the stirring speed was 200 r·min^-1. Conclusion: The process was simple and reliable. The ehrysophanol microeapsules were very stable and could be used as sustained-release preparation.
