腹膜透析对尿毒症患者颈动脉粥样硬化影响的相关研究进展

Advance of the effect on the the Carotid atherosclerosis of the patients with end stage renal disease by continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis

摘要 腹膜透析患者动脉粥样硬化发病率在逐年提高,目前认为与CRP、ALB、血脂浓度纤维蛋白原、同型半胱氨酸、钙磷代谢等相关.其诊断方法高频彩色多普勒可直接显示血管内膜、粥样硬化斑块,其治疗高危因素的同时注意抗炎,纠正贫血营养不良,纠正钙磷代谢紊乱等.
