New insights into hypoxia-inducible factor-1 in the development of kidney fibrosis

摘要 HIF-1具有多种生物学作用,调控着多种靶基因,是体内最重要的低氧适应因子,它既有保护肾脏的作用,同时也是促纤维化从而加剧肾疾病的因素之一.若能采取干预措施,使HIF的有利作用和潜在危险得到有效的平衡,相信HIF以及低氧时与其相关的信号通路将会成为肾纤维化的良好治疗靶标.
