摘要
为评定麻竹笋加工后笋节剩余物作为肉兔饲料的饲喂效果,试验采用单因子随机区组试验设计,将48只40日龄、体重相近的健康新西兰兔随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复2只,分别饲喂笋节含量为0、10%、20%和30%的日粮;试验期为37 d,其中预试期为7 d,正试期为30 d。结果表明:麻竹笋笋节干物质、蛋白质、粗纤维、粗脂肪、钙和磷的含量分别为93.65%、14.87%、25.93%、2.65%、1.36%和0.28%;颗粒饲料中添加20%麻竹笋笋节能改善肉兔生长性能,而不影响健康。
The study was to evaluate the feed effects of Dendrocalamus latiflorus ' s node in the feed of meat rabbit. Forty-eight New Zealand rabbits with forty day-age and similar body weight were randomly allotted into four groups which were fed the experimental diets with O, 10 %,20 % and 30 % Dendrocalarnus latifiorus's node by the single factor random arrangement in the feeding trial. The duration of the preliminary experiment was seven days and the duration of the formal experiment was thirty days.There were twelve rabbits in each group with six replicates and two rabbits per repllcate.The results showed that: the contents of dry mather,crude protein,crude fiber, ether extract,calcium and phosphorus in the dry matter of the dendrocalamus latiflorus's node were 93.65 %, 14.87 %, 25.93 %,2.65 %, 1.36 % and 0.28 %,respectively; the granulated feed with 20 % Dendrocalamus latiflorus 's node for tbe rabbit could improve tbe growth performance without affecting health.
