世博后上海旅游业的产业定位与发展战略研究 被引量:5

Research on the Industry Positioning and Development Strategy of Shanghai's Tourism Industry after the World Expo 2010

摘要 如果没有世博会,上海旅游业很难达成"十一五"规划设定目标。世博闭幕后上海旅游业又将面临旅游需求不足的难题。尽管迪斯尼项目2014年运营可能会刺激上海旅游业复苏,但是新世纪以来上海旅游业的N型曲线发展轨迹却难以避免。本文在回顾和分析上海支柱产业的选择历程、旅游业的产业定位,以及上海旅游产业发展的必备条件后指出,上海旅游业存在发展瓶颈是旅游业在上海国民经济中尚未正确定位,应从多层次构想上海旅游产业发展途径,为其可持续发展提供研究支持。 Shanghai's Tourism Industry could not reach the aim of the Eleventh Five -Year Planning without the World Expo 2010 . After the Expo it will face the problem of insufficient demand. The construetion and operating of Disneyland maybe make Shanghai revive, but it is unavoidable that Shanghai's tourism industry will develop by path of N - type curve after the new century. The reason for this phenomenon is that the industry positioning of tourism industry in the national economy in Shanghai is not high. This paper reviews pillar industries of each period in Shanghai, and then analyzes industry positioning of tourism industry. On this basis, it concludes that the tourism industry should be a pillar industry of Shanghai, and proposes the approaches for the development of Shanghai's tourism industry.
