摘要
目的研究白芍养血柔肝止痛作用与其配伍及芍药苷含量的相关性。方法以束缚和强迫游泳方法复制肝郁型乳腺增生动物模型,用白芍、北柴胡配伍白芍、玫瑰花配伍白芍灌胃给药,每日1次,连续30 d。用游标卡尺测量大鼠第2,3对乳头直径,酶联法测定血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)的含量。以HPLC法检测其药液中芍药苷的含量。结果各治疗组乳头直径均有减小,E2、P、PRL、FSH水平有所恢复,其中以玫瑰花配伍白芍组最为显著。各配伍组芍药苷含量均明显高于单味白芍组。结论白芍及其配伍对实验性肝郁型乳腺增生有明显的治疗作用,能调整血清E2、P、PRL、FSH的紊乱,而且以玫瑰花与白芍配伍的作用最显著。肝郁型乳腺增生大鼠的症状和血清激素水平的改善与芍药苷含量呈正相关。
Objective To study the influence of ingredient combination and poeniflorin content on blood-nourishing, liver-soothing and pain-relieving actions of Radix Paeoniae Alba. The experimental study of compatibility to enhance Paeonia of emolliate liver and nourishing the blood. Methods Bondage combined with forced swim ming was used to establish the animal model of mammary hyperplasia with liver depression. Then the rats with mammary hyperplasia were given intragastrie administration of Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Paeoniae Alba combined with Radix Bupleuri, Radix Paeoniae Alba combined with Flos Rosae Rugosae, Respectively, one time per day, lasting eontinuous 30 days. After treatment, the diameter of the second and third pair of nipples were measured with vernier caliper, and serum estradiol(E2), progesterone(P), prolaetin(PRL), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)eontents were detected by ELISA. Paeoniflorin eontent in the decoction of Radix Paeoniae Alba and its combinations with other herbs were detected by HPLC. Results After treatment, the diameter of the nipples were reduced, and serum E2, P, PRL, FSH levels improved to some extent, the improvement being obvious in the group of Radix Paeoniae Alba combined with Flos Rosae Rugosae. The paeoniflorin content was higher in the combination groups than the group of Radix Paeoniae Alba. Conclusion Radix Paeoniae Al ba and its combinations show obvious effect in treating experimental mammary hyperplasia with liver depression through regulating serum levels of E2, P, PRL and FSH, and the combination of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Flos Rosae Rugosae has the best effect. The symptoms relief in mammary hyperplasia with liver depression is positively correlated with the content of paeoniflorin.
