摘要
目的用气相色谱-质谱法对东风桔的挥发油进行化学成分分析。方法使用水蒸汽蒸馏的方法获得东风桔挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用法分离并分析其化学成分,用面积归一化法测定其百分含量。结果从挥发油中共鉴定出28个化合物,主要成分有:异环柠檬醛(41.598%);愈创木醇(15.234%);β-桉叶醇(10.790%);1,7,7-三甲基-二环[2,2,1]-2-庚烯(5.841%);檀香醇(3.702%);铁锈醇(2.657%);罗汉柏烯(2.581%)。结论本研究首次报道了东风桔挥发油成分,为开发利用东风桔及其制剂质量控制提供的依据。
Objective To analyze the essential oil composition in Atalantia buxifolia. Methods The volatile components were extracted by steam distillation method, and were analyzed by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer( GC-MS ). Area normalization method was used for the detection of essential oil. Results Twenty-eight volatile compounds of Atalantia buxifolia were identified. The main components were isocyclocitral(41.598 %) , guaiaeal-cohol(15.234 %), β-eudesmol(10.790 %), 1, 7, 7-trimethyl-bicyclo [2.2.1] hept-2-ene(5.841%), san-talol(3.702 %), ferruginol(2.657 %) , thujopsene(2.581%). Conclusion The volatile components of Atalantia buxifolia have been obtained for the first time, which will provide foundation for the exploitation and application of Atalantia buxifolia and its preparations.
